How to Make Vegetarian Bean and Rice Burritos



  1. First, gather all ingredients.
  2. Next, toss together the chopped cilantro pieces with the rice, and add a tinge of lime juice afterwards.
  3. And then, heat the bowl of rice, and stir.
  4. Separately, using a skillet or pan, sautee the onions and garlic in vegetable oil for 2 to 3 minutes until the onion gets soft.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and add the beans inside. Don’t forget to season it with chilli, cumin, and hot sauce. Stir evenly. Salt may be added based on preference, but not too much since it may ruin the overall taste!
  6. Allow the beans to cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare the warm tortillas ready, and pour the beans and rice on it one at a time in layers.
  8. Wrap each tortilla layer slowly, and vegetarian bean and rice burrito is now ready to be served!
