  • Drink a cup of hibiscus tea everyday. A cup of hibiscus tea is sufficient for keeping our immunity strong and burn the fat unless we suffer from acute flue. Consuming 3 cups a day when we are in a terrible flu is suggested.
  • For digestive problem patients, it better to drink hibiscus tea after eating.
