3. Chiki May Lead to Choking and Coughing for Some

Recommendation: How to Create A Healthier Alternative to Chiki Balls 


    • 3 egg whites 
  • 0.6 ml of tartar cream 
    • 3 egg yellows 
    • 85 g of softened cream cheese 
  • 30-60 ml of seasoning 


  1. First, heat the oven up to 150 degrees Celsius. But before that, have a cookie tray prepared! 
  2. Mix the egg whites with tartar cream for 3 to 5 minutes at high speed until the dough starts to rise by height. 
  3. Create ball shaped pieces out of the dough. 
  4. And then, arrange it on the tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes until the dough becomes golden brown.  
  5. Once it is baked, transfer it into a seasoning bowl and mix it well. 
  6. Finally, bake the ball shaped doughs again for 1 to 2 hours inside the oven until it completely dries. 
  7. Once done, healthy low-calorie Chiki balls are now ready to be served!
