  • ½ cup of powdered dry mint leaves

Steps

  1. First, roast the coriander, cumin and ajwain seeds in a pan until it gets dark brown.
  2. Remove from the pan to let it cool down.
  3. Put all the ingredients together and make it into a powder using a processor.
  4. Store it in an airtight jar or container.
  5. Chaat masala is now ready to be used!
